If you have to cancel an appointment, please try to give us 24 hours notice. We follow scheduled appointment times as closely as possible.
Insurance claims will be filed by the Children’s Clinic. We must remind you; however, that you are ultimately responsible for your bill, regardless of your insurance coverage. Please understand that coverage varies significantly among the many insurance carriers; therefore, it is your responsibility to thoroughly understand the coverage and exceptions of your individual policy.
Payment for services is expected at the time care is received. Our office accepts payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Returned checks are subject to a service charge and will be referred to the appropriate collection agency. Please notify our receptionist of any changes in your insurance coverage.
